Which vegetables do you supply?
Nashik onion, potato (table and processing varieties such as Chipsona-1), ginger, garlic and lemon — all year-round, in bulk from 2 MT.
What size are your Nashik onions?
Our standard grade is 45–55 mm and above, cured until the neck is tight and the outer scales are dry, packed in 25 or 50 kg leno bags.
Why are processing potatoes not stored cold?
Below roughly 8 °C potatoes convert starch to sugars, which darkens fry colour. Processing lots are held at 8–12 °C and tested before dispatch.
